Made changes on Kisame's right hand. Add more length on it to make it look more stylish!!

What has happened today? Well...S.Korea lost to Argentina 4-1 in their World Cup second match. How's that making me feel? None actually...I'm not a big fan of football, I watched the match because I don't have the chance to watch anything. Everybody voted to watch World Cup!!!
Ummm...Listening to Miley Cyrus song right now, titled When I look at you. Sounds catchy and...inspiring.

Oh no, this artwork supposed to become my Deviant Art 60k kiriban but it took a very long time to finish. The number already passed, now my DA pageviews already reached 61k. The unexpected Daily Deviation increased it to the recent state...What took me so long anyway? I'm not sure...maybe due to the complexity that I've put for this artwork. The lighting, textures and details on Kisame and Samehada really challenge my imagination's capabilities.

I think I made a mistake on Kisame's right hand...it kinda short, I need to correct this right away!!!!

WIP: 2nd DA Contest Finished

Yet again, I finished an artwork before have the chance to upload the process bit by bit. It was kinda hard to save my artwork in .riff then in .jpeg, then do the same process over and over again to ensure I save my artwork in both files. Corel Painter using .riff files as to retain the elements of its brushes in the artwork, as I would say here...it is unique, you can't open the file in other application and if you saved it in .jpeg, .gif or other image files then you will lose some of the elements in your .riff file.

As I working on an artwork, I practicing myself to save every progress in .jpeg and as the result; I got lots of the files collected together with the original .riff file...in one folder. The purpose? For my later reference and as proof how I finished my artwork...you can see them as my colouring process which I uploaded here or in my Deviant Art gallery. But sometimes, I got too excited and totally forgot to do so...just like this artwork.....my bad!.

The continuance of colouring process from my last entry of this WIP till it finished. The finished artwork is available in my DeviantArt gallery.
Finishing this artwork was a big struggle to me...The deadline was near which it supposed to be 5th June, but it was extended to the 15th and I knew this at the moment I already submitted the artwork...damn it!
Also at this moment I caught a cold, creating an artwork with a fever is totally not my favourite time. Luckily, this cooked brain still have its spaces where it can regenerate some imaginations for my fingers to work.

He wanted me to create illustration that got clown in it, but not any ordinary clown...the clown have curly purple hair, having a moebius kinda momento with him and he do rapping. Actually I was intended to do one illustration but ended with two, it was a long story.

Beauty can exist in ugliness and there is ugliness in something so beautiful.

In art, there is no boundary between them...Both were mixed into something that we called unique. We should see ourselves also as an art, an art of God where we all are unique.

Let's stay with our own uniqueness because that's what we really are.

What Hyrohiku means? I don't know! It sounded like a Japanese name but I think it doesn't have any meaning...if it does, then I hope it won't be something nasty.

This name came up in my head while in the ages of my teen...I can't remember whether it was 14 or 15. At that time my lil' bro bought a translated foreign manga called Mutiara Naga...in English it's Dragonball, a very famous manga drawn by Mr. Akira Toriyama. It was the 7th volume and the latest published by the official local publisher. I was hooked immediately by the story and artwork of the manga, it's extraordinary! Started from that I loved everything that related to Japan. The manga, the anime, the movie, the actor/actress or everything that got Japan word on it. I was actually thought that all japanese girls were the cutest and prettiest ever created by God in this world...which is became a false illusion when I'm getting older.

I loved to sketch and draw. The interest was developed while I still in the age of 7, nothing made me so enjoy other than drawing...even playing video games doesn't compare to it. I also loved to buy and read comic books or magazine...at that time the most popular were translated comics imported from Hong Kong, they all have the word Wira (in English means hero) at the first or end of their title,weird titles...at first I thought they all in the same series and also, the artist is the same,Tony Wong.

How can that be? The stroke are different for each of the comics...readers have eyes ya know. Other than imported stuff, I also fell for local comic magazine like Gila-Gila, Gelihati, Ujang, APO? and others. The artworks in these magazines had a tendency for more comedic kinda cartoon...some are funny and some are just failed to do so. Gila-Gila gave me a nostalgic feeling, it's the oldest among all and the cartoons granted me the unusual experiences, knowledges and interests...but time plays its role to change everything, the Gila-Gila I used to know...is no more.

Loving manga, anime, cartoons and drawing urged me to create a nickname for myself...cartoonist and mangaka usually don't use their real name ya know.

The original name actually Hirohiku, but in English the Hi part isn't going to be pronounced as 'He' but 'Hi' as it should be...so, I changed it to Hyrohiku.
